uughh I got all excited when I saw the ad for S Darko on my msn and then I was like
...this sucks ;;
I don't know what I expected though, I mean it's all.... new... I don't like new films.
I was totally in love with the old-ish feel of Donnie Darko, you know, where the effects kinda suck and the sound quality is fuzzy-ish and the colours are all kinda pale and everyone's wearing cute clothes that you look at and think "hehe that's sooo 90s"
also there's a GIRL main character. I mean samantha was cool BEFORE she was 18 kthx.
I would rather they did Elizabeth, at least that's something familiar, I mean she was already pretty old so they could use her.
But grown-up Samantha SUCKS, srsly, seeing her at eighteen will totally ruin my little however-old-she-was vision of her.
oh and you know what else I didn't see?

Frank totally MAKES donnie darko he is the KING of all things darko.
Plus this will probably make things more clear, with like a proper explanation of what's going on and that.
The first film ended PERFECTLY. It made you think.
But now Samanthas gonna ruin everythiiiiiing guuhhh ;;
